So, I’m totally calm about it... mostly. But yeah, it’s clear a vet visit is needed soon. I was hoping it might sort itself out, but at this point I’d rather just get it checked and stop pretending I’m not quietly worrying about it.

I stopped into Petland just to look around, and the animals seemed clean, alert, and well taken care of. The staff answered my questions without making me feel rushed, which I appreciated. That said, I really wish they had more information posted about where the puppies come from, because that’s something customers deserve to know upfront. Overall it seemed like they care about the pets, but I’d definitely expect some kind of consideration or follow-up from the store if they want to build more trust with shoppers

There were some decent choices, and overall it seemed good. I did notice a few breeds seemed to be missing, though, so it might not have everything someone is looking for.

We used the financing through Petland, and from what I remember, it was a lot simpler than I expected. It was fine overall, just a bit slower than I expected, and I did have to follow up once before everything got handled

I got the vaccination records, though I got a little mixed up on when everything was supposed to be ready. I ended up asking twice just to make sure all the info was included. The staff was nice enough, but the whole thing felt a bit unorganized. Not a terrible experience, just not exactly smooth either.

The staff were actually really helpful and answered my questions well, which is always a nice plot twist when you’re expecting the usual vague shrug.

i mean, the staff was friendly enough, so I’ll give them that, but the grooming just wasn’t great. My dog’s haircut came out uneven, and he still had that wet dog smell afterward. For what I paid, I expected a much better result.

This reminded me of moments I still carry with me, the times when someone said exactly what they meant, and you could feel it. Honest words matter. Don’t use them just to fill the silence or make something sound nice. Say it only if you truly mean it
