So, I’m totally calm about it... mostly. But yeah, it’s clear a vet visit is needed soon. I was hoping it might sort itself out, but at this point I’d rather just get it checked and stop pretending I’m not quietly worrying about it.

I stopped into Petland just to look around, and the animals seemed clean, alert, and well taken care of. The staff answered my questions without making me feel rushed, which I appreciated. That said, I really wish they had more information posted about where the puppies come from, because that’s something customers deserve to know upfront. Overall it seemed like they care about the pets, but I’d definitely expect some kind of consideration or follow-up from the store if they want to build more trust with shoppers

"Pretty decent selection overall"
There were some decent choices, and overall it seemed good. I did notice a few breeds seemed to be missing, though, so it might not have everything someone is looking for.
"Financing was easier than I expected"
We used the financing through Petland, and from what I remember, it was a lot simpler than I expected. I don’t recall every single step, but I do remember getting approved quickly and being able to see the payment details before we agreed to anything. It made bringing our puppy home feel a lot more doable without paying everything upfront. So far, I can’t think of any problems with it, and we’re happy.

I’ve been to a few different locations, and they all feel similar overall. That’s nice in terms of knowing what to expect, but I do sometimes wonder if the quality is really as solid as it should be or if it just looks consistent on the surface.

"Found a bunch of pet stuff I needed"
I was looking around petland.com for a few things for my dog and my fish and I ended up finding pretty much everything I needed, they had a good mix of food brands, toys, and those random little supplies that I usually have a hard time finding in regular stores, and the site was easy to browse too so overall I’m happy with the selection.

"Support did get back to me…"
Support did get back to me after a couple days and helped me sort out my puppy paperwork. I know people expect instant replies these days, but it wasn’t like they ignored me or anything. It was fine overall, just a bit slower than I expected, and I did have to follow up once before everything got handled

"Return Took a Bit, But It Worked Out"
I had to return an item because it didn’t fit my dog quite right. The process took a few days and I did have to follow up once, so it wasn’t completely smooth. That said, they did issue the refund in the end, and everything was handled fairly. Not perfect, but overall a decent experience.

"Warranty helped, but the waiting was frustrating"
I was a little nervous about buying a puppy online, so having the warranty info on Petland laid out clearly did make me feel better. I still had a few questions about what was actually covered, and while they did answer them, waiting around for replies was a bit frustrating when I just wanted to know if I was making the right decision.
So far, I haven’t had any major issues, which is a relief. The warranty definitely gives me some peace of mind, and the process has been simple without a bunch of confusing back and forth. I just wish the waiting part had been quicker, because that added some unnecessary stress.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, and maybe I overthink these things, but the visit went well. The vet care seemed good, the staff answered the questions I had, and my pet was checked without getting too stressed out. Overall, I felt like it was a solid experience.

Customer service was nice and did help me out, but it took a bit longer than I expected to get things sorted. Not a huge deal, but I was wondering if anyone else had the same issue with the wait time?

I got the vaccination records, though I got a little mixed up on when everything was supposed to be ready. I ended up asking twice just to make sure all the info was included. The staff was nice enough, but the whole thing felt a bit unorganized. Not a terrible experience, just not exactly smooth either.

"Helpful, but definitely a little pushy"
I hopped on petland.com just to look around and ask a few questions about a puppy, the info was helpful. The staff did answer everything I asked, no question about it. But I could 100% feel the push to move fast and add on extras, like there was absolutely no way I was imagining it. It wasn’t a bad experience at all, I just wish it felt a little more relaxed and less like I had to decide right that second.

Petland was okay overall. I had a decent experience, but some parts of the contract were confusing at first. The staff did explain it afterward, which helped, but you kind of wish everything was clearer upfront so you know exactly what you’re agreeing to

"Expected a Better Grooming Experience"
i mean, the staff was friendly enough, so I’ll give them that, but the grooming just wasn’t great. My dog’s haircut came out uneven, and he still had that wet dog smell afterward. For what I paid, I expected a much better result.
